For our Client – European financial services group, we are looking for Senior IT Operation Specialist (Actimize) for Application Maintenance based in Gdańsk, due to a further development of Company’s structure.
Your new role
As Senior IT Operation Specialist (Actimize) you will play a valuable role in supporting the enterprise risk management solution. In this position you will be practicing BizDevOps, collaborating closely with business, development and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include automate operations and drive continual service improvement, based on application performance. Also you will be monitoring processes, analyzing data flows and running scripts to ensure service availability. Senior IT Operation Specialist (Actimize) have to also handle IT operations in line with ITIL best practices, including incident and problem management. You will be responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery provided by application support team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have IT service management experience following incident and problem management in ITIL framework. Also you should have experience working within 2nd line technical support and BizDevOps setup using Agile methods. Moreover, the ideal candidate is also characterised by understanding data management technologies and business intelligence tools and processes. Fluent English is also crucial in this position. Your experience should include previous experience working with Actimize software (RCM, AIS) and Java, front end software exposure (JavaScript) and experience in web services (WebLogic). Batch scripting, power shell and Oracle SQL coding are also welcomed, and Data-Stage will be an asset.
