For our Client, a leader from marine and energy industry, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior HR Specialist.

Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for providing HR support to the employees in the areas of organizational development and design. Your role will include resourcing and recruitment, competence management; training and development and also performance management. You will be monitoring career development, job rotation and mobility, and ensure rewarding, motivation and engagement. You will be also developing, managing, coordinating, and administering a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3 years of relevant experience on the similar role. Decisiveness and action orientation are a must. What is more, fluent communication skills in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be a customer oriented person with well-developed communication skills, who is focused on achieving business targets.
