Our Client is a multinational production and distribution company which due to growth plans has a long-term strategy to strengthen operations and sales in Poland. The Client is seeking a Senior HR Manager who will take full responsibility for implementing and executing development HR strategy and be a partner for the business in Poland.
About your new role:
Senior HR Manager is going to report to the Vice President of Human Resources of the global structure and to the General Manager in Poland. The successful candidate will design a comprehensive Human Resources strategy and implement concrete actionable plans aligned with the business strategy. The position is a trusted partner to management and colleagues, leading all functional areas of HR, including culture, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, leadership development and compliance. The Senior HR Manager demonstrates strong business acumen, understands corporate financials and business risks. This is a key member of the leadership team that will help shape the company as we grow to the next level.
Areas of responsibility:
As a Senior HR Manager you will be in control of all soft HR activities in the company. On a daily basis you will be in charge of all strategic HR work related to company needs, including recruitment, onboarding management, headcount reporting, develop and manage a compensation program aligned with strategic business imperatives and a compensation philosophy, talent management, training programs, personal development and employer branding activities. You will be also a contact person for management and employees in all HR queries. In your scope of responsibilities will be identify and implement emerging recruiting processes to build a pipeline of top talent. You will build and implement policies, programs, employee files to ensure legal compliance on all aspects of human resources and employee safety, analyze and manage HR metrics. What is more you will support each department with the development of organizational structures aligned with business strategies. You will establish an accountable and high-performance culture and coach, counsel and assist managers with performance management discussions. You will also maintain a culture of respect, collaboration and positive work environment.
What you’ll need to success:
You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a proven track record and several years of experience in HR Management in an international production, distribution company (it will be an asset). The successful individual should have an experience in change management and business integration, should be a strategic and tactical leader. Fluent English language skills are essential. The successful incumbent will demonstrate strong leadership skills and managerial courage and ability to influence, delivers on commitments with a high sense of urgency. A proven understanding of international reporting lines is also essential. In order to be successful in this role you need to be a proactive, independent and creative person with a can-do mindset. Knowledge of polish labor law and excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English are crucial.
