Client Details

For our client, an international manufacturing company and their Center of Excellence, we are looking for experienced individual for the role of Senior HR Business Partner to create HR policy and strengthen its local operations.

Description

• Provide a broad range of HR Business partnership and support actions for achieving business objectives (recruitment, talent management, new investments, organization effectiveness, employee engagement etc.)
• Developing business strategy in HR area
• Support and implement personal and organizational changes within the company
• Ensure alignment of recruiting activities with business needs and lead talent and succession management activities, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Support managers in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects
• Coordinate HR communications with all approved external suppliers and /or business partners
• Cooperation with the HR administration and the payroll and support and run the process of preparing the annual salary increase as well as performance bonus pay-out
  

Profile

• University degree, preferable postgraduate degree in HR
• At least 5-6-year experience in HR, preferably in SSC sector or in another matrix/international environment
• Strong HR experience gained in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation
• Fluent English and Polish
