Our Client is an international, well- known manufacturing company from automotive industry. Currently we are looking for motivated candidate for the position: Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with Slovak language.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for participation in transition of the HR & Payroll services from plant in Slovakia to Poland, leading HR team, building and maintaining relations with key stakeholders and current handling Slovak HR processes for the Slovak employees. Scope of responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting results and operational support in on-boarding and off-boarding of the employees.

What you'll need to succeed:

We are looking for Candidates with +3 years of experience in payroll processing and knowledge of Slovakian social security legislation. To be the best candidate for this role you need to have a Slovak language on fluent level and English language on upper intermediate level. In addition you need to have analytical skills, leadership skills and be problem- solving oriented person.
