Senior HR Analyst

Our Client is an international, medical, dynamic company. We are looking for candidates who are interested in the position of Senior HR Analyst for their Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw.
Description
- Managing and maintaining the HR data and documentation.
- Providing support for HR Business Partners during reorganisation efforts and operational and administrative hierarchy management, as well as during any other similar initiatives.
- Auditing data quality, regularly instituting data clean-up efforts in order to maintain organised, easily accessible data.
- Creating analytical reports to drive strategic business decisions.
- Developing tools such as forms, templates, and dashboards as needed, quickly building and delivering said tools upon request.
- Facilitating the digitalization process of different business segments, assisting with and accelerating the adoption of time-saving business tools.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience within HR, preferably being well versed in digital transformation and workforce analytics.
- Flexibility in working hours needed to support global organisation with offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific - may require some evenings and some international travel to accommodate time differences.
- Good level of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
- Experience creating data collection tools (i.e., surveys, forms, dashboards), tools such as Excel, Power BI, Success Factors.
- Advanced technical skills in Excel preferable - including macros, VBA.
