Senior HR Analyst (m/f)
Currently for our Client - in newly established site in Wrocław - we are looking for motivated candidate who will be responsible for providing HR analysis, assisting HR management and planning new processes.

Our Client is international company with nearly 200 sites around the world.
Description
- effectively maintaining employee information that meets the organisation legal obligations
-
assisting in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses
-
recommending and implementing improved processes, analyses and reports to more effectively meet the organization's HR Administration goals
-
ensuring support for Compensation & Benefits Analysts
-
preparing reports and analyses for business (CFO, Board Members, Section Managers)
-
preparing reports about employment, absence, remuneration, e.t.c
-
close cooperation with global structures

Profile
- university degree (Finance, Economy, Human Resources)
- minimum 4 years of experience in HR area
- very good MS office knowledge (especially Excel)
- highly developed communication skills
- VBA knowledge will be considered as a great advantage
- very good command of English is required
