For an international company based in Tricity we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior HR Administration Specialist.
Your new role
Holding the position of Senior HR Administration Specialist you will be responsible for all HR administration duties related with onboarding of new employees, such as preparing contracts, checking medical examination and conducting induction trainings. Moreover, you will be creating and maintaining documents for HR procedures connected with Polish labour law, taking into account internal changes or Polish law amendments to ensure accuracy. Other duties will include monitoring that payroll process made by external provider is completed in an accurate and timely manner as well as administrating and coordinating benefits. You will be also participating in the recruitment processes and serve as the first point of contact for client groups for general employee relations issues (compensation, employee benefits, and company policies, practices and procedures, and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees).
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should possess at least 3 years of experience from HR department in international organization (preferably SSC environment). Furthermore, the right Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Polish labour law and HR procedures. Apart from that, we are looking for a person with a can do attitude, who is focused on her work and performing all the duties in a timely manner. Very good level of English is required.
