The role of integration engineering is to ensure continous alignment across all engineering disciplines concerned and all suppliers involved. You will ensure all interfaces between the various process streams across the various engineering disciplines are designed and constructed correctly. Engineering disciplines include civil, raw material handling, wort, beer, (waste) water, CO2, steam, cooling, power.
Your will be working in cross-functional project teams consisting of brewing, packaging, utilities and civil engineers and project managers. You will be part of the global safety community within the company Global Supply Chain.
Also the ideal candidate has:
• a finalized Master/BSc study in mechanical engineering, process engineering.
• > 6-8 years relevant working experience.
• the ability to translate and connect own discipline to other engineering disciplines, project management and procurement.
• the ability to connect and present in a clear and concise manner to senior audiences.
• the willingness to frequently travel abroad.

Responsibilities
As (Senior) Global Lead Safety you will report to the Manager Brewing Engineering & Safety. Your position is based in Zoeterwoude; travelling to construction sites across the world is an essential part of your job.Your will be working in cross-functional project teams consisting of brewing, packaging, utilities and civil engineers and project managers. You will be part of the global safety community within the company Global Supply Chain.
Requirements
For this role we are looking for someone who is an experienced, independent and challenging safety professional with an extensive experience in international Capex projects.Also the ideal candidate has:
• a finalized Master/BSc study in mechanical engineering, process engineering.
• > 6-8 years relevant working experience.
