Client Details
Our Client is an FMCG company which uses tools like SAP FICO and Qlikview. We need solid controlling specialist who is fluent in English, eventually German.
Description
* Operational and strategic controlling
* Monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting for 4 plants
* Management support (consolidation) in budgeting and planning
* Production controlling and close cooperation with Production Managers
* Ensuring the compliance with internal policies and guidelines (Sales, Operational)
* Developing cash projections (Cash Flow Management, FX, Forward, MATIF)
* Loading the data to planning tools.
* Supporting the preparation of management presentation materials
* Support for accounting, budgeting and risk management
* Standard and ad hoc reports and analyses
* Calculation and analyses of KPIs and development of improvement suggestions
* Sales controlling (receivables, insurance, gross margin)
* Project controlling (investment controlling, NPV calculation)
* Taking significant part in ERP implementation (SAP)
* Analyzing and forecasting results of the cross-divisional activities (transfer pricing)
Profile
* College or University degree in economics or business administration with focus on finance
* Min. 5 years' experience in controlling
* Experience in a production company and in international Corporations
* Familiar with controlling systems, ERP, SAP, FI/CO, Excel and BI tools
* Strong analytical skills, structured, efficient and keeping deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of responsibility, reliability and trustworthiness
* Fluent in English, German is an advantage
* Knowledge of BI tools, e.g. QlikView is an advantage
* Independent and a self-starter, but a good team player as well
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
* Ability to work on different tasks concurrently, often with tight deadlines
* Good knowledge of accounting processes
