Collect, analyze and prepare data/ financial information in relation to VAT returns (including EC Sales listings and Intrastat), statistical data sampling, preparing reconciliations, etc
• Collect, analyze, process and reconcile data from all sort of SAP modules (Beacon, Lynx, Sustain, Galaxy) in order to prepare a data file that can be used for statistical sampling (by the Dutch Tax Authorities).
• Prepare VAT/EC Sales Listing and Intrastat returns.
• Analyze and improve (financial/tax) processes.
• Liaise with various stakeholders in.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 6 –7 years working experience in process industry.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of various financial SAP modules.
• Excellent command of Dutch & English.
• Analytical.
• Strong communicator.
• Customer oriented.
• Team player.
• Understanding of VAT and company processes.
• Excellent command of Dutch & English.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

We are looking for a temporary Finance Analys for VAT Compliance purposes: the preparation, review and filing of various Dutch VAT returns, Intrastat Reporting and EC Sales Lists. In addition to the above, the job comprises day to day support on other activities (perform checks, prepare reconcilliations, collect data for statistical sampling, etc).
