Senior Environmental and Safety Specialist

Role description
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company environmental licenses and permits and also identifying the impact of new regulations and how to meet new requirements.
Responsibilities
• Investigating Environmental Incidents and trends, including developing appropriate corrective and preventative actions.
• Support as environmental SME the Management of the change process and some EHS improvement projects.
• Coaching site operations leaders to be visible EHS advocates in their areas of responsibility.
• Reporting environmental and Safety performance data on a quarterly and annual basis in MSD and as required to local authorities.
• Communicating complex technical and regulatory information clearly and consistently to senior-level level site leaders and shop floor colleagues.
