For our Client - the global company, we are currently looking for : Your new role
- Responsible for the operational tasks related to pricing mistakes analysis and its resolution accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
- Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Solving issues and making decision based on the best knowledge of the processes from O2C area
What you'll need to succeed
- Responsibility for the proactive price control process (caring for the correctness and timeliness, knowledge of procedures, rules & improvements) across multiple countries
- Analysis and solving pricing differences detected before the billing by proper price refreshment & billing block removal process
- Price Control Efficiency assurance- focus on elimination of price discrepancies to reduce pricing claims, claims analysis in order to identify inefficiencies within the process
- Reduce price control laps time and making sure that all price mistakes are resolved as soon as possible and all issues are escalated accordingly to MSO
