Senior Customer Service Specialist with Spanish (m/f)
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the customer experience is improved. You will be answering customer questions and identifying ways to improve the customer service process. We are looking for experienced Candidates who speak Spanish and English, want to join an international company and participate in transition process.

Our Client specializes in security, defense and protection of people and property worldwide. The company is a well-known production company, whose Shared Service Centre is located in Katowice city center.
Description
- Collect all important data to ensure accurate responses to customer queries connected with: product availability, stock levels, pricing lists, lead times, minimum order quantity and/or value
- Resolve customer's issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with sale, logistics and production departments
- Interpret customer requests, match products to customer requirements, ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify project requirements. Use technical knowledge to prepare offer
- Active participation in shadowing during a visit to the sending facility - reviewing documentation and comparing it to the tasks being performed, gathering specific customer requirements, identifying backlogs
- Improve the end to end cycle where possible as well as maximize revenue
- Maintenance of key customer data in ERP system
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in transition of processes, knowledge transfers
- Very good knowledge of English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with IFS or SAP system is an asset
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with different stakeholders
