Senior Business Analyst
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźYou’ll be part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, working on generating business insights which will be used for business level review and decision making in Europe.
What you’ll do:
• You’ll review and interpret performance for trends and variations delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis to translate these into actionable responses on business performance
• You’ll focus on understanding & solving business challenges through data-based insights, performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, price/volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.
• You’ll drive the planning processes for target and forecasts
• You’ll perform management accounting calculations such as factory cost prices and support accounting for month-end and quarter-end close processes
• You’ll work with IT to automate processes and reporting
• You’ll support internal and external audits
• You’ll be involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect
What you’ll need:
• You have a Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
• You have at least 7 years of related experience with financial control, management reporting and accounting processes. Experience in a shared service would be an asset
• You have potentially experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean)
• You are speaking fluently English.
• You are and expert in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) which is creating the reporting
• You are used to digest complex information, extract insights from disparate sources of data in order to deliver actionable insights
• You have ERP and BI knowledge, preferably SAP BCS/EFR
