Role Description

You will be a Business Consultant to Global Markets Business through the provision of customer insights to advise on decision making. You will work with European and International Markets teams, Medical teams, Digital Transformation and other members within Customer Insights & Analytics.

Responsibilities

- Analyse market research needs of the Respiratory Marketing teams and stakeholders
- Maintain relationship management with market research suppliers
- Support strategic decisions to stakeholders (competitive intelligence)
- Work closely with the Reporting & Analytics team and add value by providing insights from results
- Providing quantitative and qualitative market data
- You provide product forecast based on your expert market knowledge
- Responsible for short and long term planning processes
- Point of contact for customer insights and analyzes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners

Requirements

- BSc degree or higher in Finance, Business, Commerce or related area
- 5+ years experience in Customer insights / Market research, preferably within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or related environment
- Expert in data analyses (IQVIA sales, pricing and patient data)
- Experience with supporting multiple projects and skills in the field of planning, organization and time management
- Business software application: Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Willing to travel till 20% of time
