We are looking for a Senior Automation Specialist to join an innovative factory of one of the global leader in delivery end to end product lifecycle solutions, based in Oradea.
Your new role As Senior Automation Specialist you will be the key person responsible for managing automation projects running in the factory.
- lead the development of automated solutions (replacing/improving existing manual operations; new product introduction; new customer Start Up accounts)
- identify opportunities for optimising manual operation through the deployment of automation to improve quality, cost and scalability
- be in charge of cost analysis for all the running projects and implement new ones
- support site engineering teams to source suitable hardware solutions providers and you will manage automation projects
- oversee the design, build and delivery of automated solutions in the factory
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation projects
- Professional background in electronics manufacturing
- Excellent project management skills
- Engineer degree
- Strong English knowledge
