Senior AR Specialist with German

We are seeking Senior AR Specialist to cooperate with German-speaking entities withing the group.

Our Client is an international well-recognized company - leader in its sector. For their Business Center located in Poznan we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Senior AR Specialist with German to join the team.

Description

• Register customer payments and refunds
• Creation of manual invoices and credit notes
• Creation of quarter, half year and yearly invoices
• Execution of the direct debit
• Repayment of credits
• Maintenance of banking details related to SEPA-direct debit
• Query questions from customers related to invoices, payment terms, etc...
• Insolvency: registration of claims
• Block / unblock users upon coordination with respective sales operator
• Coordination/handover of claims to collection agency as per coordination with sales and legal department
• Reconciliation of new user between SalesForce and Dynamics (month end)
• Editing and implementation of price changes
• Processing of cancellations for customers (in Sales Force)
• Customers dunning
• Answering the clients phone calls
• Year-end activities
• Statistics, internal and for customers
• Preparing documentation for audit and updating narratives

Profile

• At least Bachelor's degree
• Working experience within accounting departments
• Customer Service experience
• Experience working with data quality and/or master data management will be an advantage
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent German
• English language skills - nice to have
• Team player
