Senior Analyst, Source to Pay

For Our Client we’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office Accounts Payable team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland on a Hybrid mode, working hours 2 pm - 11 pm daily + 15% allowance.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible to ensure Source to Pay controls are adequately managed and tracking the occurrences which will help management in taking and implementing strategic decisions. Contributes to the execution of S2P initiatives in partnership with S2P managers throughout the Invoice lifecycle
• Investigates and analyses problems associated with the Invoice payments and resolve issues proactively to ensure vendors are paid on time
• Assist with end-to-end invoice processing activities
• To ensure timely and qualitative processing of Accounts Payable transactions, month end close, payment reconciliations and reporting as per SLA
• Timely preparation RCA & maintain the Process & IT Issue log
• Ensure Customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of all queries
• Ensure all the Reports are published on a timely basis
• Document plan for handling contingencies (Back-ups readiness); Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures on PO compliance for effective planning, decision making and reporting

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Commerce /MBA (Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience required

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of work experience in PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP Accounts Payable module and Source to Pay systems
• Prior experience of end-to-end Accounts Payable process including payment reconciliation, tax compliance, 1099/1042 reporting etc. and good understanding of control framework of Source-To-Pay operations
• Any experience of change management in Source-To-Pay operations will be an added advantage.
