ROLE DESCRIPTION
De senior microbiologisch analist is vakinhoudelijk specialist op het laboratorium en het aanspreekpunt voor analytische vraagstukken, apparatuuronderhoud en kwaliteitszaken. De functie is een ideale stap voor ervaren microbiologen die op zoek zijn naar een inhoudelijke uitdaging met meer verantwoordelijkheden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Naast de uitvoering van diverse, complexe analyses ben je aanvullend verantwoordelijk voor:
- beheer en kalibratie van apparatuur
- uitvoering van validaties en optimalisatieprojecten
- begeleiding van stagiaires en startende analisten
REQUIREMENTS
- HLO werk- en denkniveau met een achtergrond in de microbiologie
- enkele jaren hands-on ervaring met de uitvoering van klassieke microbiologische en PCR-analyses
- analytisch en gestructureerd
- heldere communicatieve vaardigheden
