For our Client, well-recognised power company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a Candidate interested in the role of Scrum Master.
Your new role
As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted and you will coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. You will supporting Product Owner in effective Backlog management as well as understanding and practicing agility and facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meeting (daily stand-ups, sprints etc.). Shielding the Development Team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur and helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development will be also one of your duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate you need to holds at least 2 years of experience on Scrum Master position. You should have certifications of Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Mater . Experience in project management and leading Agile Scrum teams, experience in international team and team player attitude is also required. Fluent English is a must have due to international work environment.
