For our Client, international company founded in Sweden, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Scrum Master in Katowice.
Your new role
As Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted as well as coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Your scope of duties will also include facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions), shielding the Development Team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur. You will be supporting the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management including understanding and practicing agility, helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you need to have over 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. You need to be a strong team player with good communication and organizational skills. Also, you need to have excellent soft-skills and high emotional intelligence together with ability and willingness to improve development processes. Holding Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required on the role. Your experience in project management and leading Agile Scrum teams as well as experience working in International Teams would be your strong advantage. Due to daily contact with foreign team members and customers you need to have fluent English language skills.
