For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Scrum Master
Project:
We are looking for a scrum master for a new Data Team in the KYC project.
Location: remote / Gdańsk / Gdynia
Branch: banking sector
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, the first contract usually for 6 months
Rate: 110 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: standard (8 – 16 / 9 – 17)
Remote work: yes, with occasional visits in the office – once per 2 weeks / once per month
Methodology: Scrum
What will you do:
• Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies
• Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
• Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence

What we expect from you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT, preferably in a financial sector
Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
Experience of stakeholder's engagement management
Superior facilitation and coaching skills
Holder of university master degree
SAFe framework knowledge is an advantage
What would be a plus:
• Experience in banking sector
