Scrum Master with Spanish

Location: Remote Poland

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Scrum Master to join us for a project in the fashion retailing industry.

A successful candidate will play a leading role in building a group of microservices dedicated to fast and reliable data delivery to internal customers. The services are created using modern technologies and approaches such as Spring Boot 2, CI/CD, QA automation, centralized logging, tracing, and monitoring.

It's a high visibility customer-facing role: communication, customer expectation management, and presentation skills are absolutely required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a Scrum Master
Take full responsibility for a product increment delivery
Manage customer expectations
Coach on Agile best practices
