Scrum MasterMiejsce pracy: Toruń

Responsibilities:

Assume a servant leadership for 1-2 R&D Teams
Initiates improvements in the team’s self-organisation aiming at improving the team’s effectiveness.
Facilitate all relevant ceremonies, either on-site or remotely, with geographically dispersed teams
Drives and coaches the team in identifying, understanding and solving or escalating impediments

Requirements:

experience on the position of Scrum Master for at least two years for a software development team
excellent communication and mentoring skills
Fluent English (either Finnish or German is a plus)
