Our Client is a leading IT consulting company specialising in SAP Success Factors solutions. The company works with both Polish and international enterprises to implement innovative HR solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for experienced SAP Success Factors Consultants to join our dynamic team.

Description

• Implement Success Factors solutions and collaborate on business concepts for both Polish and international enterprises.
• Lead or support SAP Success Factors implementations.
• Actively participate in projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide support for clients within the scope of SAP Success Factors modules (Employee Central and/or Compensations), in compliance with SLAs.
• Work in accordance with ITIL standards.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central and /or Compensations implementations or client support.
• Practical knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules, particularly Employee Central or Compensations,
• Familiarity with processes related to SAP Success Factors.
• Understanding of integration issues related to Success Factors Employee Central.
• Qualifications in data migration to SF.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to task completion.
• Good command of English and/or German.
• Knowledge of additional modules (PY, PA, OM, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform.
