SAP Security and Authorization Team Leader

This role wil include:

• The Security Manager will participate in assuring the SAP system properly supports the security related requirements of SPE financial and operational activities, while driving to optimize SAP as a financial tool for SPE Finance and Operational staff.
• The SGS Manager will manage the Security Team which is responsible for the following support functions:
o Access Control – user provisioning and security configuration
o System Monitoring – monthly and annual access reviews
• The SGS Security Team supports the following applications:
o SAP ECC (approximately 2,500 users)
o SAP BW (approximately 750 users)
o All development, test, production support, and production environments
o ARIBA Production and QC
o SAP GRC Compliance Calibrator
o SAP Solution Manager
o SAP Portal Server
o SAP PI Integration Server
o Realtech Transport Manager
o Cost/Walker
o Trintech
• The primary responsibility of this position is to manage, develop and maintain monitor the progress of security staff, managing priorities and resolving front line issues.
• Review staff work/priorities and provide status to leadership, presenting issues and solutions.
• Project manage and drive special projects including new entity rollouts, other application rollouts and new SAP modules.
• Be the solution architect for security design across SPE corporate applications.
• Oversee day to day Security activities including the monitoring of mission critical security requirements related to the processing and configuration of user accounts in all non-production and production environments of the applications listed above.

Requirements:
• Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Accounting/Finance required; Security certification highly desired.
• 5 plus years experience managing SAP security for a global company across multiple locations with some years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 environments, BW 7.0 and PI.
• Experience managing a security delivery team across multiple corporate applications with a team of both onshore and offshore resources highly desired
