SAP Security AnalystJob Description
Summary of Core Responsibilities:
•Maintain accesses and authorization requests for all SPE non-production and production environments, mainly: SAP ECC 6.0, BI 7.0 and ARIBA
•Conduct user ID verifications using SPE’s IDM (Identity Management) system
•Create, manage and process help desk tickets using SPE’s Service-now system
•Ensure all requests are properly documented and archived for audit purposes
•Support on-going projects from Security point of view
Requirements:
•Education – Bachelors of Science
•Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
•Related industry experience is preferred, but not required
Functional
•Solid understanding of SAP security concepts
•Experience with the following SAP security transactions:
oSU01 - User Maintenance: Experience in maintaining SAP User Accounts.
oPFCG - Role Maintenance: Basic experience in job role design and configuration to understand role functionality and organizational values
oSU53 - Evaluate Authorization Check: Basic experience in determining user authorization issues and troubleshooting access problems
•Extreme attention to detail regarding request processing and document storage policy and procedures
•Highly organized and process oriented
•Customer focused, results oriented
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience analyzing information, identifying trends and conducting root cause analysis
•Basic understanding of key processes and methodologies within SAP
•Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a large span of people from executive management to business analysts and handling inquiries with end users and Divisional Coordinators (i.e. Business Approvers)
Systems Experience
•Basic understanding of financial processes and related SAP transaction codes and BW reporting folders
•Experience with various SAP R/3 modules (FICO/AR/SD/AA/PS/MM) is desirable and familiarity with component systems (BW, SEM, BCS, BPC) is a plus
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Language Skills:
•Excellent communication skills in business English (oral and written skills).
•Working knowledge of Polish (oral and written) highly desirable
Knowledge of additional European languages will be highly beneficial
