For our Client, international IT Center located in Katowice we are currently looking for SAP SD Consultant to support Order to Cash process.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support that includes: incident reporting and analysis, investigating, resolving and / or escalating tickets reported to the 2nd level, achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation, contributing to knowledge management and Standard Change list updates. You will also cooperate with Senior SAP SD Consultants to work on technical improvement opportunities. Holding this position, you will be specialized in E2E-process focusing on SAP SD module.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must hold technical university related to IT or Business and have experience as SAP SD Support/ ServiceDesk/ Key User in corporate environment. You should have some customizing/development expertise and knowledge of Order to Cash processes. Also, you need to know some of the following Sales processes: Master Data in Sales, Sales processing, Shipping, Transportation Management, Freight Management, Billing, Pricing and Bonus Credit Management. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold fluent English language skills.
