REPORTS TO: IT TEAM LEAD PURCHASE TO PAY
As Material Management P2P Consultant you will ascertain that the purchasing processes in the company entities are supporting the business processes accordingly and that further developments will be implemented to keep those processes always in an up-to-date and future-oriented status. As member of an E2E process oriented IT organization you will act under consideration of dependent processes in cooperation with other teams.
IN YOUR NEW ROLE YOU WILL:
• advise and support the company in the introduction and further development of processes and applications in the purchase to pay area in an international context
• act as an expert for the purchase to pay processes including the interfaces to Manufacturing and Planning processes and take these into account when designing the processes and solutions
• be the contact person for purchasing topics in the context of the introduction of SAP S/4 in the entities of the company and make use of modern project management methods
• support the integration of the purchasing backend solutions with the cloud solutions used within the company
• be responsible for conducting training for your area and providing the necessary tools and documentation
WHAT YOU39LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• University degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a SAP MM Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on purchasing processes in SAP
• Experience in the realization of complex logistics processes in the manufacturing industry
• Integration into SAP Ariba, Quality Management, Production Planning and Execution is welcome
• Your fluent English and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
• You round off your profile with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation
