For our Client, international IT company in Gliwice, we are currently looking for SAP Master Data (Inhouse) Specialist.
Your new role
- Redesign of business processes and creation of detailed Material Management concepts in cooperation with the global engineering departments in a new SAP system environment
- Procedural support and optimisation, development and design of business processes in the concerned (SAP) ERP systems
- Responsible support, further development and optimisation of global, standardised Material Management solutions with SAP S4 / HANA
- Cooperation and coordination of external consultants in the context of SAP implementation and project work
- Design and implementation of customised SAP solutions
- Data modelling and connection of SAP ERP and non-SAP systems
- Planning and implementation of user training and workshops in the SAP environment
- Key and end user support
- Competent contact person and interface for the engineering departments with regards to their requirements and module-related questions in the SAP environment
- Coordination and support, especially concerning test management, roll outs and release changes as well as software upgrades
What you'll need to succeed
You are a motivated, confident and communicative person with already profound experience in working with SAP systems. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree
- Sound practical experience in the SAP application components Materials Management and CL and Workflow Management
- Knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA
- Practical experience (advice and support) in the SAP ERP environment as well as experience in business process modelling and (IT) project management desirable
- Extensive experience in the cooperation between the technical department and the IT department
- Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation and active teamwork as well as an independent, responsible and results-oriented way of working
- Very good spoken and written English language skills (German desirable)
- Readiness for business travel (40% of work, mostly Germany)
