For our Client – international company located in Katowice - we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior).
Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities. You will be implementing systems on client site remotely (in Katowice office). Additionally, you will be responsible for managing simple tickets, generate easy-to-maintain bug free code, customizing and implementing new functionalities. What is more, you will be responsible for operating required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications meets the agreed specification. We are looking for people who understand the general flows in HR and SAP HR architecture.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation and maintenance – up to 1 year of experience for Junior roles and minimum 2-3 years of experience for Seniors. You should have Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis. You need to have solid verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Due to this position you should have ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. What’s more, strong analytical and problem solving skills are also expected.
