SAP Business Process Manager / IT Change Manager

The person in this position will act as a Change Agent to coach, support, manage and implement and deliver Global Projects and Process Changes. Responsibility for the documentation and specification of our standard business processes and Data structure in the Business Assigned tools working in alignment with the functional Process Owner. Audit Process Adherence and Data Quality in Company's ERP systems.

Description

• Lead the Project functional team and activities within Legal Units, ensuring that timelines are met
• Lead and implement the Global standard and Target Organization (as defined in the Business Blueprint) within the area of responsibility
• Ensure ERP integration across regions and process areas
• Understand how to own function integrates from an end-to-end perspective into the business model, process map, and target organization. Throughout any initiative, analyze and communicate how actions and changes within own function impact others (impact assessment)
• Manage the change control of Projects, business requests, and design for Roll-Ins / Process changes to ensure adherence to the Global standard through close collaboration with Process Owner and Solution Experts
• Co-ordinate and support local process mapping and ensure a real understanding of how they fit into the agreed project standard processes and Target Organization
• Facilitate the gap analysis with Legal Units: ensuring end-to-end process understanding, identifying process gaps and Legal Unit needs, challenging any local specific requests
• Support Integration Testing, write and update Test scenarios; co-ordinate UAT testing
• Guide functional team through Data preparation for migration during Roll-In or Process change according to the DTC framework
• Lead Onboarding and Fit Gap sessions, and support Cut-Over and Hypercare activities
• Mentor and train Local Deployment Managers (LDMs) and Power Users to enable them to be able to perform their on-going support role (project functionality & business processes & data)
• Lead / Manage / Support Global projects
• Ensure you are up to date with Best in Class operations
• Lead Excellence work groups to ensure alignment and collaboration between all Group Legal Entities

• Experienced in working in complex international environments with high exposure to different cultural backgrounds
• Extensive knowledge of Business standards and systems
• Fluent English skills
