For our Client, an international company, we are looking for experienced Ariba System Administrator.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day external relationships with SAP Ariba and other Procurement systems / software providers
- Manage internal relationships with IT to ensure Procurement systems are supported and optimised
- Be the Subject Matter Expert / Ambassador for Ariba P2P and other Procurement systems
- Play a key role in the global deployment of Ariba P2P to non-SAP markets in 2020 and beyond
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations as a subject matter expert in P2P Operations in order to diagnose and develop recommendations to solve business unit level problems.
- Develop and deliver training to increase awareness within P2P Operations of existing or new policies and procedures and platform functionality, to optimize performance and increase compliance.
- Support SMEs and BUs in the review of future system/software release notes for P2P in collaboration with IT and lead the testing and deployment of any upgrades/fixes or enhancements
- Work with remote team to help ensure smooth running of P2P activities
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred – OR equivalent
- 3+ experience working in a Procurement organisation or P2P solution provider
- Experience working with the SAP Ariba platform
- Excellent knowledge across Procurement and Procure to Pay processes
- Experience working within a multi-site business - and willing to travel
- Basic Project management principles understood and practiced
- Ariba certification would be an advantage
