For our Client, software company from Katowice we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.
Your new role
As a Salesforce Administrator, your main role will be to optimise and enable the long-term success of company’s Salesforce platform, bringing expertise and insight to improve customer acquisition and retention within the Team. Salesforce is not only a critical function for both finance and product reporting but also current and future customer-facing product features and functionality. The role you will fulfill is central to defining, and delivering the company’s Product roadmap across web, mobile and TV/games consoles in current and new markets . Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and capabilities within the payments space, working alongside the Team to learn about company’s payments eco-system. You will bring best practice and knowledge to create stories for the Salesforce Development Team to enhance Salesforce’s role in the customer acquisition and payments experience.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be an ideal candidate you need to have an interest in new trends, payment methods and technology, analytical and troubleshooting skills. We are looking for an advanced administrator preferred with 2 years+ experience administering Salesforce. Relevant candidate should be experienced in reporting (Excel, SF, Zuora) and detailed-oriented person. Due to work in international environment very good English is required.
