Sales are made directly with customers or via agents/distributors who are involved to varying extents in sales and technical promotion.

Client Details

Our Client, is an international manufacturer of advanced animal feed additives.

Due to its rapid growth, we are currently recruiting a position of Sales Territory Manager , Eastern Europe based in Poland to join the company's international commercial team.

Description

  • In connection with the Head of Sales, you draw up your budget for your territory, in volume, by country and by customer
  • Sell product via a network of various agents/distributors or directly with customers, and negotiate quantities and prices, delivery schedules, conditions of payment in the frame of the commercial policy decided by the Sales Management
  • Develop a deep knowledge and establish a privileged relationship with key customers
  • Possess an experience in key account management
  • Control the achievement of sales objectives in your zone and follow the commercial actions on your territory
  • Constantly Alyce the evolution of sales and market in your zone
  • Run and control the distribution network of your zone in order to drive it to comply with the commercial policy and to achieve the defined objectives
  • Make sure that the structure of the distribution network enables to fulfill its trade mission and develop the market, you propose the required and necessary adjustments or changes
  • Manage sales in other countries than yours in case of absence of colleagues
  • Continuously collect macroeconomic data (meat production, plant production, feed production, consumption of amino-acids, price of raw materials) and development tendencies of your zone

Profile

  • Higher education in agri or business school equivalent
  • Good knowledge of animal nutrition and/or additives and ingredients fields and asserts a wealth of experience
  • Result oriented and very developed commercial skills
  • Rigorous with a strong analytic and synthetic sense
  • Autonomous and comfortable in reporting
  • Enjoy taking initiatives and develop a positive attitude
  • Experience with customers worth 1-2 millions €
  • Comfortable with high-pressure negotiation, technical promotion, and networking
  • Good in sales, active listening skills
  • Fluent English/Polish is a must, and Russian is a bonus
