What will you do?
-successfully communicate by phone and email with Partners from Germany and internal teams to coordinate all order-related actions;
-take ownership of delivery-related problems by escalating to appropriate departments and keeping the Partner up to date (e.g. exchanging of units damaged in transport, late deliveries, etc.);
-document properly all order-related information in the ERP system to assure compliance with audit requirements;
What do you need to start?
-At least B2 level of English and German;
-Good knowledge of MS Excel;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Ability to meet deadlines;
-Customer service skills;
