Sales Specialist

HES sales specialist is a passionate and professional person who is excited to provide World-Class Customer Service, develops Loyalty Customer and build Brand Image in Huawei. You have strong interest in Huawei products and are eager to recommend others to be a Huawei owner. You are skilled at delivering great customer experience before, during and after a purchase. You are the expert in discovering customers" needs through deep probing and active listening, and match their needs with the right products through abundant knowledge and full demonstration of Huawei products. You are the representative of Huawei and build a loyal relationship between customers and Huawei anytime.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivers Huawei Values to store employees; fosters and encourages team to practice the values in work.
  • Partners with retail leaders and store leadership team to establish store strategic plans and goals; takes responsibilities for meeting sales and profit targets.
  • Sets and communicates performance objectives of each aspect with store team; achieves high performance in key areas of store business.
  • Maintains in-depth understanding and acumen in business strategies and operational methods in each functional area.
  • Executes the requirements and standards from company level to store level; ensures store to operate under high efficiency and quality; takes responsibilities of store daily operation and makes final decision on key operational matters.
  • Delegates and follows up assignments with relevant function leaders.
  • Knows the competitor and makes the strategy to exploit self-competitive advantage.
  • Builds and develops a team with a board understanding of technical and excellent customer service skills.
  • Offers suggestions in employee hiring and internal promotion.
  • Develops talents in leadership level through leading, training and coaching;
  •  Sets challengeable and clear expectation with team; recognizes the outstanding individuals and team basing on achievements and behaviors timely.

Requirements:

  • Love Huawei brand. Have a strong passion for learning about Huawei technology and products.
  • Strong ability to build world-class customer experience with loyalty; realize measureable and amazing results.
  • Leadership ability with 5+ year management experience in retail background.
  • Own the experienced in building up a new store from start.
  • A strong team player and communicator with high passion and excellent learning agility.
  • BA/BS required; fluent in English.
  • Store management experience in famous company (Like Apple, Zara and IKEA) is a plus.
