The Company

Our client is an international that is driven to innovate Medical Devices worldwide. They specialize in the medical field and produce products and services in Orthopedics, Surgical and Neurotechnology.

Role Description

You are the professional that will support the company growth by adding your knowledge and drive to succeed. In order to succeed you are able to understand needs and expectations of the clients when it comes to Endoscopy. Based on these you will be able to grow and expand your network and lead negotiations to the right result.

Responsibilities

- Control the sales process by meeting expectations and needs but also sell in line with company guidelines and standards;
- Demonstrate the product by training, participation, workshops and surgeries and thereby create knowledge.

Requirements

- Proven record of experience in a similar position in autonomy in order to proof ability to organize, communicate and influence;
- Proven ability to gain and maintain relationships with Hospitals, users and National Key Opinion Users;
- Ability to sell, multitask and adapt a strong hunting sales approach in order to develop and maintain business;
- Technical insight.
