Sales Process Administrator
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Operational tasks associated with contract processing management, e.g. issuing agreements, uploading signed contracts etc.
- Execute administrative processes in CRM systems
- Work with clients to capture correct legal and billing information
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers in closing non-standard deals
- Act as main client contact for billing topics e.g. requesting credits and rebills, escalate billing issues etc.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers to source required information for troubleshooting
Essential qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in admin focused, process-driven role
- Ability to speak and write in English and Polish fluently and idiomatically is a must
- Very good reporting/documentation skills
- Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude in working with Clients and Stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail, ability to work independently and
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a Tech Sales environment is a huge plus
- Experience in using CRM systems and ticketing systems
