Role Description

Sales & Operations Planning Manager

Responsibilities

- Drives the end-to-end S&OP Process including the Governance of the Global, Regional and Country Level S&OP Meetings (Supply, Demand and S&OP Meetings as part of weekly and monthly cycle)
- Drives the Global S&OP Optimisation and Roll-out Plan including continuous improvement of the process to achieve a best in class performance
- Drives and assures sustainability of the S&OP process on a global level through maturity assessments and external comparisons
- Prepares weekly and monthly S&OP and Performance Review decks including Deep Dive Analytics of core focus areas to move S&OP process from transactional to a transformational process
- Supports the preparation of the globale S&OP meeting and the steering of the communication around S&OP
- Drives Key Global Strategic and Flexibility topics / projects to continue to improve Supply Chain responsiveness and support of internal and external customers
- Supports and suggests improvements for the communication between Commercial, PS and HQ colleagues for S&OP relevant topics including action follow-up and deep dive questions

Requirements

- MSc, MBA in SCM, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Science, Pharmacist
- 3-5 Years in Supply Chain Management, S&OP, Commercial
