The Company

Our client is a big healthcare organisation, specialised in in-vitro diagnostics, based in Brussels. Their products and services are defined very innovative and efficient by a lot of healthcare professionals around the world.

Role Description

For boosting the sales and revenue of the company, they are currently looking for a sales officer that will prospect and maintain long-term relationships amongst the existing and future clients. The sales officer will be the main point of contact between the company and their key clients consisting of doctors, generalists and pathologists within, but not limited to, the Brussels Region. Further responsibilities include the collaboration with the product department, and reporting any needs and changes of trends in the market to change products accordingly.

Responsibilities

Develop, improve and maintain long-term relationships with the customers
Introduce products and services to new prospects
Achieve the sales targets in accordance with the tactical and strategic plans
Identify new opportunities for the business to grow
Continuously monitor the market, to address changes and trends

Requirements

You hold a bachelor or master degree, preferably in a medical field
You speak French and Dutch (fluently), English is a big plus
You are acquainted with sales and the medical world
You have great communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel for more than 70% of your time
