Role Description

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Functionally, your responsibilities on the product sales team and the product distributors will be to set and meet/exceed commercial product goals in the region. This means:
- Coordinate sales to small/medium customers
- Manage prices, support on all product matters
- Assure budget execution and sales
Develop and maintain the relationship with the main customers within the region:
- Direct contact with the “top 3” product customers in each country.
Coordinate and control all interaction with all functional areas within the company for regional sales/deliveries:
- Coordinate with production & planning for sales activities and availability
- Cooperate closely with product R&D for customer requirements and new product launches
- Customer service, complaint management, contract execution, outstanding payments (DSO).
- Participate in the region Sales Strategy for the product:
- Provide customer information, information on growth markets, price trends and potential new business.
- Actively gather market information on all customers in the region
- Establish a complete detailed map of all customers by product by country
- Gather price information in the market

Requirements

- University degree or Masters
- 3-6 years FMCG or Food sales experience
- Strong commercial character and good communicator; relationship builder
- Valid drivers license
