Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Waals-Brabant Belgium.
A worldwide active pharmaceutical company, striving to help patients worldwide with severe diseases. They invest heavily in their own R&D department launching new and improved products every year.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Sales Manager you will establish a clear compelling vision and drive your sales team with your enthusiasm. You will interact directly with Marketing and the medical team to develop clear business plans for the immunology portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsibility for annual sales, expense budgets and call planning for your area
- Establish clear goals for your sales team and provide them with direction.
- Ensure the Sales team is providing correct and complete product and therapeutic information
- Implementation of business and operational plans.
- Create an environment that stimulates transparancy and feedback in your team
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in leadership situations
- Track record of Sales/Marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of Marketing principles
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish goals and objectives
- Fluency in Dutch/French and English
