The CompanyThis company is a world-leading multinational in the food industry. The main office is in Amsterdam, but they have offices in over 40 countries. 2017 saw profits in the billions, so what are you waiting for? Get on board and help them increase their retail growth!
Role DescriptionYou drive the growth of your region by building new business and expand existing partnerships within Retail in a highly competitive market where this client has many strong A-Brands. Because of this, you ally closely with marketing and trade marketing.
Your main location is Antwerp but you travel across Belgium to make sure you know all relevant players in the Retail in your area. There is of course a limited amount of customers, so you focus on building strong relationships with them. From previous positions, you already have some acquaintances in the area and you're a real networker, so getting to meet all relevant players is a positive challenge for you.
Responsibilities• Key account management
• Cross selling
• Expanding the product range
• Writing business plans
• End responsibility for budgets
• You'll grow to have in-depth knowledge of products
• The focus is on long-term relations across multiple categories
Requirements• Experience in Retail, preferably selling food
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• You are ambitious, unafraid and work best in a direct and pro-active company culture
• Fluent Dutch, English, French
Please note Dutch is a hard must, as most clients you deal with are Dutch-speaking.
