Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
The company is part of one of the largest medical devices companies in the world, with a specific focus on improvements within the surgical industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Manager NL you will lead a team of account managers to make sure they engage in client contact in the best possible way. Besides that, you will have to engage with the key opinion leaders yourself. As a Sales Manager NL you will work by annual sales goals, achieved by both yourself and your team. To ensure optimal results it is necessary that you translate the feedback from our clients into a more effective sales strategy, in coordination with the general manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility for this position is the further expansion of the market share by actively engaging in client relationships with the biggest clients. Besides that, you are responsible for the results of the Sales Officers within your team. You are responsible for the training, coaching and, in coordination with the general manager, the hiring of your team. Other responsibilities:
- Create an environment which fully ensures the sales team target achievements
- Budgetting
- Key account management
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of management experience
- Msc in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record as sales manager
- Be an inspiring leader to truly motivate the sales team
