THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.

Our client is a growing food company who is constantly on the look out for talented sales professionals. Hygiene, efficiency and results are key words for their product groups.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As sales manager, you will be responsible for marketing the technical food products toward B2B clients. For this, you either already have or you will build strong relations in the food B2B industry and create lasting cooperations. You manage existing accounts and actively develop new business. With technical knowledge of your products and a willingness to travel toward your clients, you help the company grow. This is a position for an independent worker - you have no direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for negotiations with clients
• Communication with stakeholders, internally and externally
• Continuous learning about technical products
• Mapping market trends
• Setting budgets and targets
• Reporting to the Sales Director

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/MSc Food technology or similar
• 5+ years of sales experience in the food industry
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent French and Dutch, strong English
• German is a nice to have
• Problem-solving, positive, used to face-to-face client contact
