THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Belgium.
One of the key players in Cardiovascular research, they deliver products and service solutions worldwide to customers and patients. They pride themselves by doing work that matters and by being innovative and Collaborative with their customers
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will work directly under the direction of the Commercial Director Therapeutics. You will be accountable for establishing and maintaining the Sales plan for our teams in Europe. You will also provide the planning, growth and leadership of the sales team and work together closely with the Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report on achieved goals
- Set annual sales targets in close collaboration with the Commercial Director
- Submit and manager the sales forecasting
- Work closely with the marketing team to asses the strategy
- Interact closely with customers and distribution
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to help them achieve the annual sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
- A Master degree in Business, Economics or Science
- At least 3 years of Sales experience
- International Experience is a plus
- Experience in Medical Devices is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly
- Experienced in negotiating large deals with clients
