  • Organizing and leading sales teams in EEU to ensure customer relations (transport authorities and designated OEMs),
  • Responsible for budget of his territory
  • Ensure to keep and grow market position of the company
  • Reports on market activities and trends
  • Monitoring of competition activities
  • Lobbying with key persons of customers and special interest groups
  • Represents the company in his sales area to the outside world
  • Achieve agreed turnover and Order Intake
  • Handle customer relation, key account management
  • Leading, coaching and developing the team and ensuring the right skills, competencies and mindset to act with customers
  • Sales reporting
  • Completed commercial vocational training or business studies or equivalent
  • Experienced in building up and leading a Sales team
  • Experienced in public transport market
  • Experience in building a sales channel network
  • Professional experience in an international environment
  • Experience of working into a matrix environment
  • Technical understanding of Passenger Information and Video Surveillance Systems
  • Knowledge of public transportation systems
  • Understands passenger Information systems as a whole
  • Can combine needs of Transport Authorities and OEM for mobile and stationary passenger information and Mobile Video Surveillance
