Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company Stena Line, one of the world's leading ferry operators, we are currently looking for Candidate to hold the position of Route Onboard Sales & Service (OSS) Manager. The position will be placed in Gdynia and is dedicated to the Baltic Sea South region, including 4 ferries on the SKG route between Poland (Gdynia) and Sweden (Karlskrona).
Your new role
Holding this position you will have full profit & loss responsibility and a strong focus on daily operational issues of OSS departments ( F&B, Shop, Hotel, Gaming, SPA) on board ferries on the SKG route. Your main duties will include budget compilation and follow-up, delivering financial targets, securing product quality and customer service as well implementing best practices to reach operational efficiency and excellence. As a part of Regional Management Team you will be implementing concepts and products agreed and given by the Central OSS organization and ensure that they are executed accordingly. Moreover, your tasks will cover resolution and follow-up of customer complaints introducing relevant improvements in this field
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should possess broad experience in commercial sales, managing change processes and people-management. The right person should possess previous P&L responsibility, be capable of reaching business targets and generating turnover. An important factor for success in the role is to be engaged and having the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, as well as to build trustful relationships with important areas of contact as well as stakeholders in the organization. We are looking for an inspirational leader with high level of energy and excellent communication skills. Fluent English is a must, Swedish and Polish would be an asset.
